The MTM Girl Boss club meets together to learn and help other girl bosses with production, marketing, sales, advertising and networking. The girls are working on their own product lines for their own small businesses.
Every Monday afternoon, a group of girls meets together to learn and help other girl bosses with production, marketing, sales, advertising and networking. In other words, they’re the MTM Girl Bosses, and they’re taking the world by storm! The girls are working on their own product lines for their own small businesses. They make a variety of items including dog bandanas, earrings, necklaces, clothing, bags and phone charms—and that’s just to name a few. These girls aren’t afraid to be ambitious and work hard.
The girls have their items for sale at Thoughtful Creations in La Mesa. There’s enough variety among their products that there’s something for everyone! They also meet with other makers and small business owners to help with sales, mentor them and inspire both our students and our community. These young ladies make us proud of what they’ve accomplished so far in their entrepreneurial journey.
The goals are for the girls to become mentors to the next generation of girl bosses…so that in high school they are mentoring junior high school girls and helping them succeed.
